These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Winteride website and booking platform (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Winteride, a transfer booking service. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Winteride.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and to make genuine transfer enquiries and bookings. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or scrape its content without our written permission.
Some features, including the travel-agent portal, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account, and must tell us at once of any unauthorised use.
All transfer bookings made through the Site are additionally governed by our Terms & Conditions, which set out the contract for the transfer service itself.
The Winteride name, logo, text, graphics and software on the Site are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our prior written consent.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. While we work to keep information accurate and available, we do not warrant that it is error-free. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site; nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time; the current version is always posted here with its effective date.
